Rachel is not only a great realtor, she is a wonderful human being. Rachel is the type of person that makes you feel like a long time friend upon first meeting her. She takes time to get to know her clients and what they are looking for in a home.When my partner and I decided to take the plunge and buy our first home together Rachel went out of her way to make sure we saw houses that fit our criteria in the neighborhoods we loved. She never tried to steer us from the type of home we wanted (1930s homes with original details) even though new construction would be much more available. When we found what is now our home she acted quickly to get our offer in and get it accepted despite numerous offers being made the very same day. Although I love my house and dont plan to move, I would definitely use Rachel again if the need arose. 10 out of 10!.

I met Rachel Nation of Nation Holdings back in 2010. I sold my assets in California and moved to Austin not ever setting foot in Texas. I had zero knowledge of my new adopted city. Rachel was a godsend. She is not only the best real estate broker in town, she is also the kindest, smartest and most caring human. She took me in her SUV everyday and showed me all the different neighborhoods in Austin. She explained in detail all the pros and cons of buying property and living in those neighborhoods. I decided to settle in downtown for convenience and action and she quickly showed me all the available condos in the area. Back in 2010, there werent as many to choose from as today but she found me a beautiful condo at the Towers of Town Lake on the hike and bike trail. It was exactly what I wanted and I have lived in this building ever since. She has been instrumental in all my other real estate dealings as well. Rachel has now become family. I will never trust anyone else when it comes to real estate whether buying or selling.

I was doing out of state interview & on more than one occasion I thought it could be ‘the one’ - but than they fell through. Rachel stayed very patient with me, and when the right opportunity came to relocate, she helped me to expedite the process in just a very few short weeks. She was super in helping me use most of my own stuff to stage for showing. It was so wonderful to hear her genuine love of my home that was becoming increasingly difficult for me to leave. Rachel is an excellent realtor! I liked that she lives in & knows the neighborhood where she sold my home - in 3 days! But I have to say she has lived in Austin a long time and knows other neighborhoods well too. When I was running out of energy and time, she & her partner jumped in to help me get the house ready to be shown. Likewise, when we hit a problem getting a survey quickly and then getting a deposit back, she stayed on top of both pending actions and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. She is very honest and extremely helpful, besides being fun to work with. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Nation Holdings LLC (Rachel Nation) helped me purchase a home in 2007 in the Hancock Hyde Park area. I liked it so much she helped me purchase the home next door which I turned into a rental. That rental property turned out to be an excellent investment over the years, as it was continuously leased. I sold that property last year with her help.
