Our experience with Natasha Carroll Realty was truly amazing!!! My wife and I moved from Colorado to Houston and Natasha made the process very smooth for us. Before we ever stepped foot in Houston she and her team treated us like family, Natasha personally took us on virtual tours through several properties via live calls, sometimes two to three times a day. She always made herself available for us and returned all attempts to contact her within a hour. She was upfront, honest and always gave us feedback concerning properties. Before we arrived in Houston we were able to narrow our choices down to six properties. Upon our arrival In Houston she met us the next day at our request and took us on tours of these properties, we then narrowed it down to two properties. Natasha is an amazing negotiator and was able to get us into our top choice well below asking price. She was also able to make recommendations for insurance, inspectors etc. her resources were plentiful. Natasha Carroll Realty was a Godsend and I would recommend her company to anyone hands down one of the best experiences we ever had and that’s coming from retired military family who has moved quite a bit.

Natasha Carroll Realty provided my absolute BEST experience with a realtor. Natasha was so helpful.I was out of town from the time that I first contacted Natasha to sell my Houston home. I told Natasha that the house needed some renovation work before placing it on the market, but that I wanted to stay within a budget. No problem! Natasha scheduled several contractors to provide quotes and forwarded the quotes to me. After I engaged a contractor, she visited the house 2 – 3 times per week to monitor the progress and forward me pictures and videos for review. She also called me several times during the remodel to discuss materials, enhancements, etc. She always kept me informed and communicated the next steps and where we were in the remodel. When the remodel was complete and the house went onto the market, I accepted an offer within 3 days. The sale was final within 10 days.The house that I sold was moderately priced. Natasha Carroll Realty did an excellent job marketing the property and provided me an invaluable service and a relatively stress-free process. Working with Natasha to purchase a home was definitely one of the smartest decisions I made in the home-buying process. From the first time I reached out, which I found her on Google by the way, she was personable, professional, and made me feel like my business was important to her. I actually contacted her a year ago when my husband and I were considering purchasing but the builder at that time did not treat us as clients and prospective homebuyers should be treated. Natasha kept in touch with them and us consistently and they kept leaving all of us hanging. Eventually we decided not to move forward and considered it Divine Intervention that we weren’t supposed to be there anyway. We told Natasha that we were going to take some time to improve our credit and save more, but we would reach out to her when we were ready again. She was so understanding and said she’d be right there waiting.Fast forward to exactly one year later, we called Natasha and told her we were ready. Just like I kept my word, she kept hers. She sent us properties to check out and when we found one we liked, we had her accompany us to the sales office with the builder. She asked the questions that we wouldn’t have thought to ask and reminded us once again of why it’s so important to have your own realtor advocating for you throughout the process. We placed the home under contract and throughout the construction, if we couldn’t go visit, Natasha did and sent videos so we could see the progress. She followed up with our loan officer if we had questions and made sure this was a smooth process. Anytime I needed her, I could text or call and she’d respond, even while vacationing (which I try not to bother people while they’re on those). Lol! I know this was where we were supposed to be. On closing day, Natasha showed up with the most beautiful gift basket full of things we needed and LOVED. I’ve never seen such!! It even had custom pieces! She went above and beyond and for that we are so grateful. When we are ready to buy (or sell) again, we will definitely use her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

What can I say when it comes to Natasha, simply incredible to work with. When I first started looking for a realtor, my plan was to interview several realtors and select one from that group. Natasha was the first one I called after reading reviews of her. But after that first call, she never gave me a reason to speak with anyone else. She laid out the entire process of what to expect and set a strategy to get my familys property sold. My familys situation was a little different as we were selling an out-of-state rental property but Natasha took control of the process, even when our remodel went awry. She never wavered and assisted in such an amazing way. This continued all the way through the closing process, which was challenging as well. I cant thank her enough for her patience and hard work. She is such a pleasure to work with and she gets the job done.

I was impressed with Natasha from day one.Our home in Houston required a face lift and we were very concerned and very apologetic when we first met in January of 2021. Natasha was only positive. She kept focusing on the positive aspects of our home. During the same visit, Natasha shared her Marketing strategy for everyone that chooses to work with Natasha Carroll Realty – from professional photographs and representation using social media as well as the standard media used by realtors - MLS. She also made us aware there is not an additional cost. Her marketing was a service her company provides to everyone choosing to work with Natasha Carroll Realty.At the end of the meeting, Natasha asked about our budget for renovating the property for sale. The budget was provided, and Natasha discussed the expertise and availability of several contractors. The contractor met with us and Natasha when we returned in February to remove personal belongings. When the contractor fell through, Natasha handled everything. We had returned to Dallas. Natasha did not miss a beat. She made arrangements for several different contractors to visit our home and provide quotes. Natasha’s personal attention was beyond our expectation. There was a lock box on the door; but Natasha toured with each contractor. She responded to every need of our home as if it was hers. There was never a concern with leaving everything in Natasha’s hand. As a matter of fact, we returned to Houston only one additional time after our personal belongings were removed until after our home was sold. We still have not returned .The Renovation:After the contractor was hired to complete the renovation, each step was personally managed and approved by Natasha. We received weekly and sometimes daily updates of the progress. Any modifications required or requested - Natasha discussed with us then she and made adjustments.. Natasha’s knowledge of marketability during the renovation was key to the final outcome. Our home was beautiful. After the renovation was complete, we were a bit jealous of the new owner’s acquisition. We were sitting around and wishing the renovated home was in the Dallas area and we could move in.Putting the Home on the Market:Natasha put our home on the Market on a Friday, 05/05/2021. There were over 19 offers within 3 days. Natasha was amazing – she prepared a spread sheet and reviewed each offer with us and helped us narrow down the offer which was finally accepted. Again, since we are living in the Dallas area, she handled everything from negotiating the offer to making sure every piece of paperwork on the home was available in a timely manner. From the time the offer was accepted, to the close was only four days. As a professional Natasha entertained and responded to fellow realtors and individuals interested in the home. Natasha is exceptional at what she does! My husband and I are so fortunate to have found her after many frustrations with our prior realtor. We came across Natasha on google and weren’t sure if the reviews were true. We called her on a Saturday afternoon, she immediately responded and got to work. This is our first home buying experience and we chose to go with new construction but had no knowledge whatsoever of what to expect and the hurdles we would face. She guided us through the whole process, came with a list of questions to ask the builder (things we didn’t know were important or needed to be clarified). I was blown away by her preparation for our visits and advocating on our behalf for the changes in our build. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism.
