I met with several investor groups and Murphy Home Buyers were the most honest, helpful, and supportive of all. I actually originally signed for with a different group and Marc Watson at Murphy Home Buyers even reviewed the contract for me at no charge. That group spent 3 weeks combing over every detail of my house and ended up pulling out without reason on day 9 of the 10 day option period. I went back to Marc and he honored the original offer and did a zero option day contract. Would definitely recommend this company over all others!

Thank you Murphy Home Buyers so much!What an incredible experience! I needed to get my home under contract to sell immediately, and with one call they got it done. Withing 24 hours, they were at my home, and the following morning they had made me and offer. Moving out was a little rough, but they worked with me the whole way through, with flexible time lines and a complete understanding what its like to pick up and move a family of 5. I would never recommend using anyone else after having done business with them!

Jason and Aaron are amazing guys. Theyre honest, straightforward and easy to work with. I flipped my first house ever as part of their first time flipper program and couldnt have had a better experience, even in a challenging market to sell a house. They were responsive to all of my questions, but didnt try to force their way of thinking on me also and let me experience the challenges that go with any project. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend someone selling a house to them, investing with them or working alongside and flipping a house as partners.

My first impression of MHB was that theyre too good to be true, they respond promptly, communicate well and most of all they do what they say.I dealt exclusively with Mark Watson of MHB and his consistently effective responsiveness convinced me that they are truly as good as they seem.Mark always followed up and followed through to make sure I got the deal I wanted. We were very satisfied with Murphy Home Buyers (Arron) and would recommend them to a friend who needed to sell a house that was in a condition that could be sold through a traditional process. Arron was rerecommended to us by a friend who had sold their home to Murphy Home Buyers (Arron) and was also very satisfied with the process. We never felt pressured by him during the process. We agreed on a price that was fair based on the condition of the house. Everything he promised he delivered on. The closing was quick and easy. They even paid all of the closing costs.We interviewed others who claimed to buy houses that are less than market-ready, but what we learned is they were just middlemen who would then flip the house to someone else. And if they could not quickly flip the house they would find a way to either cancel the deal or re-negotiate it. That can be a real problem if you are trying to buy a new house and need the money from your old house for the down payment for the new house.Overall we were very satisfied with selling our house to Murphy Home Buyers (Arron).
