Jill is the best agent you could ever ask for. She helped us with a very difficult transition that we switched from buying a new build to a resale to another resale. We had to get out of a signed contract with a new build due to changes in the moving date. Jill was able to get all earnest money back. And did I mention we are buying from out of state? I absolutely loved working with Jill Fouch and cannot speak higher of her and the service she provided when my spouse and I were looking for a home. We were relocating to College Station from Virginia in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and Jill truly made the home buying process so much easier and less stressful. Jill listened to what we were looking for and helped us understand every step of the process as first-time home buyers. When we were in town for a weekend to look for houses, Jill spent the 3 full days showing us several properties and taking us back to our top five houses. She was patient, kind, and very responsive throughout the entire process. She did not pressure us to make a decision and provided key information to us about the market and neighborhoods so we could evaluate our options.
