In order to express our gratitude of the most professional service received from Brandon Small, we must first explain the time line and our experience working with Brandon.We are a military family, living outside of Northern Texas. We didn’t have a realtor but we wanted to buy a retirement home there.We made contact with Brandon on December 24, and flew in on December 26. Within an hour, Brandon showed us 7 homes, we were able to select our dream home within that hour. Within the next 4 days, Brandon helped us to finish all the home inspection, to include the VA appraisal and more. He was very proactive, a very experienced professional realtor. He never stop following up on any pending action while waiting on the banks approval. Every step of the home buying process, Brandon was there first making things happen. Even after we closed, he conducted a 13 minute video welcoming us to our new home because we were still out of state.None of these words, I feel is really expressing how awesome Brandon Small works for his family (clients).

Brandon was amazing from start to finish. I was a little hesitate in the beginning to use a realtor to sell my home as I needed to sell it quickly for a job relocation. I met with Brandon and he put my fears at ease. He asked me to give him 30 days as my realtor. I even called him two days later with my fears and he eased them. He helped me get my home ready to show and his photographer took amazing pictures of my home. Needless to say, After the first and only open house, I accepted an offer within 13 days of placing my house on the market!!! This was by far the easiest and painless process ever. He was available the first day we reached out to him, he was out the next day looking at houses with us during the pandemic and knew the area we were looking in. He was present, dressed professionally, and on time for all of our appointments, for the inspection, and answered all of the many questions we had. Even after we had closed on the home and moved in he still answered questions for us and would send us information on things we would need to do (such as the homestead exemption, etc).
