This company is like no other when it comes to simply selling your home as is. We almost got caught up with some shady charges from Offer Pad whom I highly do not recommend! But Jordan and Laura where there the whole time working with us through that and made everything so easy! I would recommend them to anyone selling their home! Pleasant through and through, they even email and text to keep you updated and informed. We are happy customers!

My wife and I really appreciate Jordan and his wife very much. Jordan contacted me although I was already in the mix with another investor. I was ready to jump ship from the current investor and Jordan actually wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing before making such a move.He really cares about the people he works with and he’s very professional and courteous. I also appreciate his constant contact with me and with my wife as communication is huge with us.Honestly, he knows the sensitivity people have with their homes, pricing, at al and he tight ropes his awareness with these things along with proving his clients with a clear understanding he is also running a business. He sets the proper expectations with the correct tone and empathy.If anyone doesn’t like the process investors use to stay in business, then you will not like any investor.
