Such God’s blessing. He placed Edson and Paige in our lives 2 years ago as neighbors. Now, they’ve helped us purchase our first home and it was such a joyous experience. With God first, they helped us find the perfect home for our little family. They provided us with knowledge through the way, and checked in with us when we found ourselves in some “waiting periods”. On a scale of one to 10 the Miranda‘s are easily a 10+. From our first discussion about possibly listing the house, it was very evident they had done thorough research. They provided clear guidance on pricing explaining why and then gave us clear directions on what needed to be done to prepare the house for showings. We really appreciated that they didn’t gloss over the contract, but went through it with us to make sure we fully Understood all aspects. Selling in late fall headed into winter is not normally a good time, but thanks to their expert advice, we had a contract within about two weeks. They went over and above to support us in every way imaginable through what is a stressful time of life.

When we were ready, they walked through every step of the process with us and were very confident that they could sell our house quickly even without updates.
