Working with Melissa from Milan Home Staging was an absolute pleasure! Her quick responsiveness was unreal! she was always on top of getting back to me. I was super concerned that our overly open concept house would be a challenge for buyers to understand how to utilize the space, but Melissa came by for a consultation and went over her ideas on how to showcase the space. The staging was just spectacular! The house was completely transformed and not one detail was missing. We were under contract in less than 3 weeks with multiple offers & I am positive it was the staging that got us there!Also, I want to mention how extremely affordable Milan Home staging was. They have an eye for details, finesse and class. They are the Lamborghini of Home Staging but nevertheless reasonably priced. The home was listed for $739,000, received multiple offers and closed with a cash offer with 10 days from listing to closing. She wanted me to remove the top part of my china cabinet and I resisted but gave in....reluctantly. She was right. The dining room looks so much better without it! All of her ideas and furnishing are beyond my expectations. She used my furnishings, my art and combined it with hers to really make a beautiful home. I was also pleased how she worked within my budget. My husband and I wake up and smile, we cant believe how beautiful our home is. The first two people that looked at our house sent contracts.
