We really appreciate Micky’s help and expertise in the sell of our investment home. Micky was very instrumental from start to finish. He gave us guidance about what areas inside and outside of the home that needed enhancement to generate a better sale of the home. After the recommended alterations were completed, Micky quickly had a photographer come out and take pictures of the home. Very soon after Micky listed the house for sale. The final asking price and the appraisal price for the home was exactly what we wanted and asked for. Micky’s negotiating skills were right on que for the sale of our home. Micky is very meticulous and explains everything in detail.
