    Mickie is very knowledgeable in the market, guided me with great communication and professionalism. Mickie advised that I move out before putting the house on the market so it could be staged. This proved great advise and the staging was perfect for all the rooms.Mickie held an open house on many weekends and this was also successful, although the rain made it difficult some days.Mickie stayed positive and encouraged me to do the same. When we received an offer Mickie advised me with calm reassurance and advise. As I was no longer living in Houston paperwork had to be done remotely andagain Mickie guided me with confident professionalism.I drove to Houston for closing and having Mickie there with me to sign was comforting. As we had prepared and got the paperwork to the Title company days before closing the signing process was over with smooth professionalism.I would use Mickie C again when I need to buy or sell a house.

    Mickie C and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Ive been a customer since 2015. Julie helped me find my very first house in Katy TX and took the time to answer all my questions from day one, until I moved to the house. Recently, I had to move to Amarillo for work and Mickie C and her team assisted me with finding a tenant. They work with a number of professional and licensed local contractors and hold their contractors to highest standards. Mickie found me a wonderful tenant within 7 days the house was put in market.     Cant say enough about our Realtor. They walked us through the entire process from finding our home to seeing us sign on the dotted line.     I worked with Mickie C and Company to buy my new home and Im in the process of selling my current home (sale is pending). My buyer’s agent (Julie Knowles) was very detailed and walked over every inch of the property we chose multiple times to ensure there were no red flags or potential hidden issues. We were buying from a relocation company and there was no traditional 10 day option period for us to back out if the house was a lemon. Julie walked us through the somewhat unusual terms of the agreement so my husband and i could make an informed decision. Once our offer was accepted, Shawna stepped in to focus on the transaction, pulling us in where information or decisions were needed (inspection results and fixes), answering questions, and overall keeping us well informed about the progress and making sure it was a smooth, on-time close.Our seller’s agent (Dawn Demeris), has been great. She and Mickie were patient with us while we were getting our house ready for sale, and offered guidance on updates, what not to worry about, etc. They had a professional photographer take wonderful pictures of the home for the listing. Once we moved out, they covered the costs of staging to ensure the home still looked wonderful for potential buyers. Dawn gave updates every Monday, and in between when needed or if i had random, off-the-wall questions. They helped us make some tough decisions and we are happy with where we landed. Shawna is now helping with this close as well, so i know it will go smoothly.These ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and were pleasant and professional to work with. We have had a wonderful buying/selling experience.

    I have know Mickie for a long time. We have been renting for years and kept putting away every time we wanted to buy a house. The timing was not for us at the time. After facing a reality with our landlord was planning on retiring and raising our rent to meet her finances, we decided to buy our first house. Our budget range was consider a sellers market. Houses would go under contract quick. Julie Knowles with Mickie C is consider the “Macgyver” of all real estate agents according to Mickie. Raising one year old daughter and looking at Hundreds houses online was a challenge for us and stressful. Julie would provide more intel of all the houses we looked at and any background information if the seller was hiding or misleading the potential buyer. She was very helpful during the process and provided some great advise.While comparing apples and oranges with the same target budget range, we were a bit shocked on differences on square footage or some houses needed some TLC where ended being a money pit house. We finally narrow down to one that made sense and location wise. Thank you for finding our dream house! Highly recommend the hot pink team!

    Mickie C Realty was the best realty experience I have had. I have owned over 15 homes. I sold and bought 3 just recently and have lived in 5 states.Her home staging, advice and initiative are exceptional. That comes from the former marketing manager of newspapers in 40 cities including Associate Publisher of the Houston Business Journal. Our experience with one of Houstons supposedly most elite realtors was a very costly mistake in a hot sellers market.     We moved from Colorado to Texas. We were introduced to Julie Knowles while we were in Colorado. From the 1st phone call and followups by Julie, as soon as we arrived to Texas she was prepared to show us the homes that we were looking for immediately (we only had a week). Julie was able to adapt to our constantly changes of the home we were looking for. Julie has a great knowledge of the area and the actually value of the homes in that area. Julie also has a good relation with other agents. We found our home in 3 days and closed at the end of that month. Julie helped us so much because we went back to Colorado. She was at the inspections for us and any other things that were taken place. She was able to answer all my questions concerning the closing in Texas.     Julie is really a great agent. She does a good job of learning what your preferences are and adjusting her search parameters. You can really see her results as time progresses. After less than a dozen homes, we found a place that I loved. It was a case of the unstoppable force (Mickie C. and Company) meets the immovable object (a squatting stubborn sibling living in the house to be sold) When the dust finally settled, Mickie C. and Company proved to be truly unstoppable.     Great overall services. From staging the property, having her staff send you ontime updates and follow up, if there’s bad weather they’ll go check out the property.
