We were so blessed to have had Melissa Brown Rowell as our real estate agent. She kept us informed on every step as to the progress of getting our new home. Melissa was able and willing to help us resolve all problems. Us giving 5 stars for an outstanding job 5 is not enough 10 would be more like it. She has a great smile and is always very pleasant and easy going. Melissa is a great communicator and negotiator. We have purchased a couple of homes but, this experience was by far the BEST we ever had! The recommendations she gave us for the Inspector and the mortgage company were outstanding. We were given a closing date and it happened just like clockwork. She helped to keep us calm and focused throughout the closing. We were referred to Melissa by a relative and we could not have been more pleased with her! She was patient with us while we looked for just the right home. She negotiated a good offer and we even ended up getting the seller to put a new roof on the home. We had a couple delays with our lender and Melissa kept in communication with us, seller’s agent and lender to be sure we closed in a timely fashion. Melissa is very professional, attentive to all the contract and document details and she always responded to us quickly. We are now listing our home for sale with her and would highly recommend her!Everything went very well. Would definitely recommend. -

Melissa is very quick to respond and goes out of her way, no matter the time, to show you the property you’re interested in. My wife and I saw one of her properties for rent and called to see it a little after 5 or 6 in the afternoon and Melissa said “sure. I’ll be right there.” We ended up getting the house that day and Melissa was very quick to send over all the paperwork and applications we needed! If you’re in the market for a great, fast acting realtor, I highly recommend Melissa! -

Melissa Rowell helped me to quickly sell my house as I planned to move out of state for work. She provided comps on the neighborhood and together we determined a fair asking price. After I had moved, she looked after my house and oversaw minor repair efforts (roof flashing) and collected my mail. She was always available and very responsive. I highly recommend her. -

I dont think there are enough positive words to describe my experience with Melissa. She knew how picky I was and still didnt shy away. She showed me house after house and was always pleasant when I found the most miniscule things that somehow became deal breakers. She was always very accessible and accommodating to my requests. Soon after we put in our offer, we went out of town for a week-long vacation, but she didnt skip a beat. Despite our absence, she kept the process rolling during our option period. The day of closing, she surprised us with our first house warming present...a beautiful bromeliad and a fantastic basket full of our favorite things. Just an overall great person to work with... Dedicated, Responsive, Knowledgeable and Caring. What more can you ask for in an agent! I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home! -
