We bought a house with Melissas expert help in 2021 and then later sold the same house in 2024. The sale in 2024 was slightly unusual in that we had already bought a house in another state and moved away. The sale ultimately took several months due to the market being slow (election year, high prices, high interest rates, etc.) Some repairs on the house were also needed. During this time, though, Melissa was easy for us to contact and she did a great job of keeping us in the loop. She hosted multiple open houses and stopped by the house often to check that everything was good to go. We ended up earning a satisfactory profit despite the aforementioned market issues and closing went very smoothly. We were even able to sign documents from another state using a mobile notary. We, recently, worked with Melissa to buy a property in Dallas area. We do not live in this area and therefore depended on Melissa for every step of the process. She was extremely helpful in every aspect of the transaction.We were blown away by her knowledge of local real estate market. She knew the right area to look for based on our criteria. She also knew the school districts and rental markets.After we decided to put down an offer, since we were not in town, She went to great lengths for us to make sure that all the inspections and estimates were done at the right time. She went to the property for all these and had people (roof inspectors, foundation company etc) who could come by at short notice to ensure that everything happens within the grace period of the contract.All in all without her hard work, knowledge and connections we could not have closed on the house. And for that she has our gratitude and our highest level of recommendation for any perspective home hunters reading this.

Melissa is the best! My wife and I were first time home buyers, and a little intimidated by the home buying process; we didnt know where or how to start. Luckily for us, we had Melissa as our real estate agent and she made the home buying process incredibly easy. Melissa worked really hard to ensure my wife and I were going to find the best first house for our situation. She was quick to set up appointments to tour both pre-owned and new construction houses. Melissa communicated very well answering all of our questions, and gave great advice and guidance when hesitations arose. My wife and I received the most professional representation when working with Melissa, and it ultimately led to us getting an incredible house for a great deal! The home buying process can seem intimidating for anyone either looking for their first house like us, or their third or fourth house. I would recommend Melissa Manemann to anyone looking to sell their house in Collin County and although I never had the opportunity to work with her on buying a house, my guess is that shes pretty awesome at that as well. Selling a property when you no longer live in-state can be nerve-wracking, yet from my very first conversation with Melissa I was put at ease and I knew right away we were in great hands. She was timely in her communication, patient with our questions (big and small), extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure we had a positive experience throughout. The price was right where we wanted it. The last realtor gave us one number and we ended up selling it much lower, he did not help us he helped the buyer- worst experience we’ve ever had.
