I met Catherine in the beginnings of my divorce while trying to establish a value for the property. She was very helpful and her and Patrick made a lot of good suggestions. Unfortunately I chose to go a different route with a different agent. After 6 months of getting nowhere I asked Patrick if he would work with me again. He graciously agreed and was all business taking the lead and the worries off my plate. I had since moved to San Antonio and the back and forth was killing me. I got an offer immediately after listing for full price. Less than the other agent had listed for but a very fair price and we closed within the month. In the current real estate market that is Austin, Patrick represented us on both selling our existing house (after 18 years of occupancy) and purchasing our new house. The easy part was done. Now to find a new house.Working closely and extensively with Patrick, we perused listings and narrowed down what we would view in person.
