Was referred to Charles and appreciated that he was patient in going on tours to identify the type of home/style that fit, providing neighborhood information that would impact daily and long term life in the particular area, and even providing referrals for other services. Id recommend to anyone even just wanting to talk through what the ownership process procedure is and wanting to explore what market options are - hes really kind and wants to make sure you find the right place for your purposes / season of life.

Charles helped us buy our home in East Dallas 11 years ago, and sell the same home this month. He lives and works in East Dallas and is very knowledgeable about the area. He calmed our nerves, ensured the whole process ran smoothly, and went above and beyond (e.g getting multiple bids for repairs, meeting contractors at the house when we couldn’t, etc). He advocated for everything that was important to us and negotiated the buying and selling seamlessly. I have recommended him to multiple family and friends, and would absolutely work with him again.

Charles is a seasoned professional. He has a laid back style, and is more focused on adding value than flashy sales tactics and empty words. He has worked with me since February to find a home - I finally bought one in September. He was willing to see as many houses as I was interested in. Most real estate agents arent willing to put in the time to be honest. I was very interested in one house, due to the location, but he mentioned that it really was more of a fixer-upper. He correctly read that I was not that type of buyer - that I was only willing to put up with a moderate amount of repair work for a used property. I still believe that I am better off with the house I got, although this was a close finalist. When I finally found the house I was looking for - dont worry, youll know, because you will feel it emotionally - I found out that the seller had tragically just passed away recently, and that the property would soon be in probate. This was a bit disconcerting to say the least, and I was ready to throw in the towel - it had already been a long search at this point due to my exacting criteria. However, since I wanted the property, I waited the 3-4 months it took for probate to be completed, and Charles knowledge in and confidence that the deal would go through really helped. For those that arent Texas estate attorneys with knowledge of Dallas courts, probate can even take years - it depends on whether someone can suss this out. As mentioned earlier, Charles is also willing to be patient. In addition to everything mentioned, I also wanted to have a few more details squared away with regard to the warranty deed - and Charles was undeterred, and even offered advice on the issue. In short, it was by no means an easy deal, and not an easy market for buyer. Anyone looking for a seasoned professional for their real estate agent need look no further.

I could not be more pleased with Charles for our out of state home purchase. We purchased a home without ever seeing it in person because of his expertise and the confidence we felt in his guidance. We met him at an open house while visiting Dallas and kept his business card at that time for later use. We were unhappy with the first realtor we already had and gladly made the switch! He updated us pretty much daily on all of the progress in the negotiations and purchase. We dont really know how we would have become homeowners in our desired location (and in this sellers market) without his help.

Charles Mauzy is amazing to work with!! I had a difficult property to ready for sale on behalf of an Estate. With Charles assistance, persistence, experience and tenacity, the property was cleaned out (with the help of estate agents recommended by Charles), and sold within a two month period of time. I might also mention, I have know Charles for a long time professionally, and he also sold my own home 8 years ago.....in a few days, and a seamless closing. Charles is incredibly connected, intuitive, and above all, caring when assisting you in buying or selling real estate. (He manually watered the lawn of the estate property because no one was living there when we were readying for sale). I highly recommend Charles !!!

I have known him and used his services for many years.He has helped us (my wife and I) on numerous occasions.We have used his services as a leasing agent for our 3 rental properties for over 11 years. He has vetted our prospective tenants with credit and background checks on all. Advising us on the pros and cons of each applicant and handles the necessary paperwork for the lease.Well worth the minimal charge for his services.In October 2022 we sold one of our rent houses.Charles was with us from beginning to end.He suggested the sales price and marketed the house. Charles has been a super helpful resource for my Dallas real estate over the years. He first helped my buy my house in 2015 when I moved out from California. He took the time to show me around and see different neighborhoods before I decided on the area. I eventually moved back to CA and he was there for me again when I needed to lease the place. My wife and I had the honor of working with Charles on the sale of our condo. Charles was amazing from start to finish. He offered great insight and expertise on the area that we were selling as well as using his knowledge of the area and the local market to determine our listing price. From day one, Charles delivered exceptional service and exhibited the willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate us and potential buyers.During the sales process, my wife was in her third trimester of pregnancy and ended up giving birth to our first child just prior to closing. Throughout the process Charles acted not only as an agent but a diligent real estate concierge. Charles was able to line up great contractors that were timely, professional, and that did excellent work in order to get our property ready for sale. With my wife and I were unable to make frequent trips to our property, Charles was able to help coordinate and act on our part with the contractors. His marketing strategies were excellent and we had multiple interested buying parties within the first couple of days.Throughout the process, communication and the ability to contact Charles was very easy. Charles has been a fantastic realtor of our new home in University Park. We’re California emigres from the Bay Area, and wanted a similar mix of great location to restaurants, coffee shops, etc., great schools, and nice, walkable, green neighborhoods. Charles gave us great options, by querying our tastes and dislikes, worked with us over a 3 month period that ended up in the purchase of our dream home. He did a ton of work on some diligence issues we had with the house - which all worked out - and through that process I learned about him that our best interest was the only thing he cared about, not simply closing the deal. Then, after we closed, moved all our stuff into a moving truck, and arrived with only a few bags into an empty home, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty by providing a care package of food, plates, some chairs, and milk for our 2 year old, to make it easy to camp out in our new home while we were waiting for our stuff to arrive. Forgot to mention he helped hire a range of local services from plumbers to handymen. Incredible, highly recommended!

For me Real Estate purchases create alot of anxiety especially in this market. The quality of your realtor is key to reducing that anxiety. Charles hands down put me at ease with his display of knowledge of the market, his answers to my questions, his responsiveness and the tools he offers to find your property. He very professional and points out the good and not so good points (if any) on properties of interest. He gives you as much information as possible on properties of interest (even if not readily available - Charles makes every attempt to get you what you ask for !) Charles made us very comfortable with his knowledge of how much should be offered for properties. Its very apparent to see Charles goes the extra mile for his clients, which for me is just as important as it is rare. I cant say enough Good about Charles, he definitely wont disappoint and in my experience realtors like Charles are rare & hard to find. If you use Charles you will be happy you did....
