If you’re moving to Corpus Christi, Matthew HAS TO BE your realtor! We recently moved from out of state and were connected with Matthew before we even got to TX. He set up a zoom call so we could “meet” and figure out what we were looking for. From there Matthew continued to be fantastic, meeting with us as soon as we got into town to look for houses. As first time homebuyers, it was crucial to have someone to answer all our questions and Matthew did just that! Additionally, since we were out of state, Matthew was able to attend appointments on our behalf which helped immensely to ease our relocation. Long story short, the first day our listing went up, we had 3 good offers, from which we chose one. The sale was successfully closed 45 days later! He was always on top of the market, although I work shift work, he always made time to respond to my questions and or setup viewings for new houses. This is the 3rd property Ive bought and neither the selling or buying of the old properties were as good as this experience was for me.He was able to help me out with the scheduling of inspections among a lot of other things so we could close on time and without a problem, which is at the end what happened.I would be forever grateful of his willingness to help and to work through my difficult schedule. Usually when you think of realtors, you think of someone whose only your “friend” for the length of the deal. Matthew, however, is the complete opposite of that. From our first phone call to a month after our purchase, he’s gone above and beyond time after time. My wife and I’s hectic schedule did not matter to Matt. He was always able to show us a house even if it was during a Chief’s play off game. What really sets him apart from everyone else is that he treats you like a human being. About two weeks after our purchase, there was water leaking into our closet that freaked my wife and I out. I called Matt instantly and through his years of experience he was able to provide sage advice that allowed me to fix the issue myself. If I have to buy another house or sell this one, Matt will be the person I call.
