My wife and I were connected with Renae Pretty through USAAs Real Estate Reward Network program. We could not be happier with our connection. After spending a short time with another realtor, we decided to work through USAA. They assigned Renae to us. Renae listened to what we were looking for and suggested a new home construction for us to view that was move-in ready by the time our VA loan was processed. The first one was the right one. She was extremely responsive, worked great with our mortgage broker (who was also phenomenal), knowledgeably answered our questions, and went above and beyond to make things happen. She understands (and has personally lived) the needs of the military and special VA loan requirements. Our interest always took precedence over her own or any other party. USAA Movers Advantage offered us 2 real estate agents. After meeting with both, Monica Garza of Better Homes and Gardens Bradfield Properties was our first choice hands down. We appreciated her direct, no-nonsense approach. Over the ensuing 3 months, she impressed us time and again with her work ethic, professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and communication skills. She helped us get the fastest sale possible while getting a fair price for our home. Within 20 days, we were under contract. From there on out, despite dealing with an extremely challenging buyer whose agent works for the same company, she advocated on our behalf and displayed unparalleled ethics. She made it clear that she was OUR agent. On moving day, she was at our house helping us pack and paint to ensure a smooth handoff to the buyer the following day.
