I could not have been happier with how AJ helped me finally buy my own home. He is a well know realtor amoung the industry and others love him too apparently, as they spoke highly of him as well. He never made me feel like I was bothering him with my million questions. The whole process went smooth and quick. 100% recommended using him for all your real estate needs!

AJ Marotta was a FANTASTIC realtor, I HIGHLY recommend him.He sold my house when it had only been owned for not even a year and a half in a bit of an unpredictable housing market.Not only did he sell it but I owed nothing at the end.He’s super professional, will answer any and all questions in a very timely manner, and he will even help you stage your home.The bottom line is he cares about his clients and will make things happen for you!

AJ was very friendly, professional, and efficient with my moms transaction on her new home. We closed in December 2022 in San Antonio. My dad inherited a house that needed a lot of work back in the February 2014. AJ quickly made an offer AND closed on the house, even with all the work needed. Plumbing issues, roofing issues, etc. it was a quick and easy process. With lots of communication.
