My husband was executor of his sister’s estate, and the biggest item to handle was the sale of her house. With public records available to buyers of available properties, you can receive an unbelievable amount of calls. Not all buyers are created equal, and it can become a very frustrating situation. Jason with MarketEdge Homes was the most professional, most accommodating and helpful, and one of the nicest people we had ever dealt with. He was a man of his word, and we quickly learned we could depend on him, and the entire team, to deliver as promised. There were no last minute surprises or changes. The closing was actually a little earlier than Jason had promised, and the sales price was what my husband was looking for. We would highly recommend MarketEdge Homes to anyone. There is no doubt they are honest, caring people who not only want to make a good deal for their company, they want the seller to feel good about the transaction, and have no regrets once the sale is completed. This is a great team.

My brother was unmarried, had no children and lived alone in Sugar Land. He passed away in March 2023. He had no will and so my sister and other family and I agreed that I would take the lead in managing his estate. Sometime in early May there was an announcement somewhere that gave my address and indicated that I would be involved in selling his house. I received 10-15 letters and phone calls at my home in Nebraska from different prospective buyers.I called everyone who expressed interest to try to gauge whether or not they would be the right buyer. While I was certainly interested in the offer price I figured that the prices would land at some reasonable market value so I was mostly concerned about whether or not I thought the prospects could meet their side of the deal.I made a trip to Houston to allow everyone to visit the house and make offers. It was interesting, I have never dealt with so many scammers in such a short period of time. Jason from Marketedge was the first of the bunch (and really the only one) who treated the transaction strictly as a business deal. When Jason came to inspect the property he was hands off everything, he took measurements and notes and asked some relevant questions. Others were touching things that they should not have touched and just generally I felt like trying to impress me with their expertise (and not doing a very good job of) rather than focusing on the business at hand.While I was still weighing my options, Jasons communications with me were focused and he was never trying to get some edge. Others sometimes acted like they were trying to save me from myself. He gave what I felt was great advice before I had settled on them.The actual sale was complicated because of the distance and the fact that the court had to be involved. We were not able to finalize the sale until early October. Both Tim and Jason were great in their communication with me during the process and displayed great patience when we ran into the inevitable snags. They did not try to renegotiate because of the hold-ups, it was just a clean and fair business transaction.

I needed to sell my home quickly. I got a flyer in the mail from Market Edge Homes. I engaged with Tim and Jason. They’ve done a phenomenal job and are great at communication and being professional. I would recommend working with them as either a buyer or seller!!!!!

UPDATE——My family recently had to sell my mother’s house. Since we had such a good experience with Market Edge Homes when we sold our father’s home we reached out to Tim DeLeon again. Once again my family was able to work a fair deal with Market Edge and were able to close quickly. Thank you to Tim and Jason!My family was recently faced with selling my fathers home. We were approached by several companies wanting to buy the house including MarketEdge Homes. We called several of these companies for a bid and I have to say MarketEdge Homes is the one company that stood above the rest. Tim DeLeon did his homework and made a very reasonable offer. We accepted his offer and closed quickly. Tim DeLeon and MarketEdge Homes are first rate and I definitely recommend them.

We first engaged this team of Tim, Kate, and Jason early in the summer. Just like many others, I have not dealt with investors. Yet our skepticism was wiped away when we asked many, many questions as we did of 3 other groups wanting to buy my deceased sisters house. But we kept gravitating toward the Market Edge group for their incessant patience and dedication to our satisfaction. The problem with our situation was that we shared the decisions with the four step children. That meant a lot more work to get us to the selling point. Tim and his team worked tirelessly to help us achieve that goal!! When the lawyer representing our interests took a back seat, Tim and his team stepped up to the plate and got this all accomplished. Market Edge Homes communicated thoroughly and professionally with the step kids and before long, the house was sold for what we were looking to get for it.Thank you Tim, Kate, and Jason!!! Faced with the responsibility as executor to sell a home in Houston that was in need of major repairs, I was contacted by many companies, and I showed the property to 9 of them. I picked Market Edge Homes not simply because of the money they offered, but because I found them to be very caring and accomodating. In my opinion, as a retired Texas RealEstate Broker, I dont think you could find a better group of people to work with if you have a piece of property that you need to sell, for cash, with a very quick closing. Im almost 80 years old, and as such, have worked with a lot of people in this industry. You will not be sorry if you pick them.Frankly, I cant recommend them highly enough.

Tim Deleon and his associates,were very professional and knowlegable in the process of selling my mothers house. I was always pleased with his answers and he made it easy to get the amount I wanted for the property. Living in San Antonio was difficult to be in Houston and he took care of all needed arrangements to finalize the deal.
