He told me he knows a guy who is awesome in real state, so he gave me MarkAnthonys number, and I got in touch with him.MarkAnthony started emailing me listing of all kinds of houses, all kinds of locations and sizes. I think, for any first time home buyer, the process is nerve-wracking. You can acquire knowledge about the process and the financing and STILL bump into surprises and questions.As for my husband and I, this was definitely the case. In addition to this, we are from out of state and getting ready to move into San Antonio. We had very little time and we knew very little of the area. Unfortunately we were unable to visit in person for the house hunting, which also made this process scary.Im just so glad we picked MarkAnthony to be out realtor. He was extremely patient with us when it came to us expressing what exactly we wanted in a home. I felt like we gave him a vague description of what we wanted with just a few definite details. I know it is not easy to search for something and not really know what you are looking for. He listened and eventually began sending options and as the process of picking and choosing this home or that, we began to have a more clear picture!MarkAnthony was also extremely accommodating and gave us virtual tours of each home we wished to see via video chat. He was extremely honest and was not afraid to point out issues and/or potential issues of each home. Some of which, we would not have known had he not said anything himself.
