In my job I work with thousands of realtors. And after getting to know Maria Ferreira, she was my clear choice for a realtor! My move was from California to Austin, Texas. So I couldn’t be there in person for a lot of the process. But from beginning to end the whole home buying procedure was AMAZING! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Maria’s help. During the buying process her knowledge was invaluable. She guided me at every step and helped a lot. She knew the right people to call when I need a home inspection and other services like that. Her help didn’t step once I bought my home. We are new to Texas and just made a big move from Alaska. Maria T. Ferreira was recommended to us by one of our good friends who also moved from Alaska to Texas. Maria made us feel like one of her families! It was a scary move to move from Alaska to the lower 48 but she made us feel that we are in good hands (and we definitely were!). She made herself available 24/7 for questions and concerns we’ve had even when she’s with her own family. She gave us all the resources she could to help us transition and move forward with closing and even when we are getting ready to settle in. We are first time buyers and she really REALLY helped us understand how the whole process worksUnfortunately my job offer fell through and we couldnt relocate to San Antonio. I have an attitude; i am blunt; i am picky; i am a very anxious person who needs constant reassurance because i always fear the worst! Maria was so kind and patient with my husband and I during the entire home buying process and I cannot recommend her enough. We had a few hang-ups when we started looking for a home and once we found one there were some hiccups from the builder side due to the home being a new construction, throughout the entire process Maria kept us informed and made sure that we understood everything that was happening, i made her repeat the same things over and over again and she did so with a smile on her face!
