Maria Harbert is a great realtor, went to bat for us on what I would say was a difficult deal to get through on a VA loan. We met her at an open house on a Saturday evening where she provided us with plenty of insight on our home, her contact information, plus exposed us to an outstanding loan officer.After thinking over the place and getting pre-approval we contacted her to make an offer on that Monday. Her guidance from that point was fabulous. She ensured we stayed in the loop throughout the entire closing process even attending our final signing, so if we needed questions answered she could have answers and not delay the 28 day close.....Thank you Maria and your team as well this was absolutely and answered prayer. We need more professionals like you in our BigTime Burleson Area you made us feel special and stuck it out....

We found Maria to be very easy to work with. She is quite knowledgeable and professional, but has a personable and friendly way of relating with you and we could tell she used her knowledge to watch out for our best interest. Buying or selling a house is complicated by many rules, regulations, and variations that the average house owner is not aware of. Maria took the time to understand our situation and patiently explained the process during each step. Maria was not only very professional, but patiently, and compassionately walked our family through the process of selling the house my parents had lived in for 35 yrs.
