Truly grateful for Jill and her true passion and expertise - I am not local and totally trusted her with my home listing.The home needed to be model ready /look like new so a lot of pre-market prep, home inspection, landscaping, virtual staging, online presentation was critical. No detail was overlooked, Jill even planned to host an open house on a sunny day!We received multiple offers quickly which was a great relief... Jill handled the transaction seamlessly and we closed early. I am thankful for Jill Rose and her team - I highly recommend.

Jill is amazing! She has helped me buy two properties and sell one. She helped me to negotiate good offers on the two properties I purchased which paid dividends when I recently sold! She handled the listing on my house. She showed the house to three people on the first day and had two offers within hours that were both above ask. and appraisal. Jills experience really came through in all the effort she put into the deal to bring it to closing. She answered all my questions and concerns almost immediately. As long as I stay in Texas Jill is my realtor!

I will forever recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy or sale. I used her to purchase my home and my parents used her to sell theirs. Jill was amazing through the entire process. She really pushed through the difficult situations and made sure the outcome benefited us. If it wasnt for her we probably wouldnt have been able to buy our house. Even a couple years later I am still able to contact her with questions I am unsure of being a first time home owner. I love that even after we bought our house she is still available to us. She has become more of a friend than just a realtor. She has the most amazing personality and is very easy to communicate with.

Our home was on the market for a year before Jill became our agent. She gave us a few suggestions on minor changes to be made to the house. Once back on the market again, Jill sold it in two weeks! Jill is amazing! We interviewed three other realtors to sell our home, but Jills personality and knowledge won us over. The other realtors told us that our home was worth 20%-40% less than what Jill was able to sell it for. They also told us that our home would be sitting on the market for months because it was in the middle of nowhere, about an hour outside of Austin. Jill was able to get us under contract in a week! She was so easy to talk to and made the stress of selling a home disappear. I would definitely recommend Jill and would love to work with her again if we ever move back to Texas.

My family and I decided to move to Austin from Southern California. I interviewed a handful of realtors and Jill stood out from all of them. She was attentive, helpful and put up with my high maintenance self. I told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly the neighborhood to take us too. She was extremely patient as we looked at several houses even some rentals. When we walked into our now home, I cried. I was so grateful that Jill knew the market and had gotten to know us so well, that she found our perfect home. Buying a house two hours behind and 2,000 miles away, is not easy. Ive bought and sold more than 20 homes (personally, and renovations/new construction homes that I build) and Ive worked with eight Realtors. By far, Jill is the best. if youre selling your home, shell get it done. I had a house that was struggling and I switched the listing - she got it sold in less than two weeks. If youre buying, she nails it - listens to your needs and finds you just the right place. Could not recommend her more. If she ever quits real estate in greater Austin, Im going to quit building!
