This woman is amazing!! We were casually looking at open houses one weekend and stumbled into one that Kim was selling. We instantly felt so comfortable talking to her, it was obvious she loved what she did and really knew her stuff. We told her we were planning on just looking for a year because we didn’t think it would be possible to buy so soon. Later that week we attended one of Kim’s first time home buyer seminars (which are awesome by the way!) and we decided we wanted her to be our realtor. Two weeks later we found a house we loved and Kim made the magic happen. She is no nonsense, very trustworthy, and overall just a fun person to be around. Do yourself a favor and work with her!!

Ive had the pleasure to work with Kim on both buying and selling properties. At risk of sounding cheesy, she is in the business of magic. Before Kim, Ive always dreaded the home-buying process. Realtors would often miss something or a crisis would pop up during close, threatening the transaction. It seemed like stress and anxiety would always be involved. With Kim, however, she takes all of the stress and hard work off your plate, and somehow, problems just get solved. I think theres that saying that a duck glides effortlessly but paddles furiously under the water? Im bad at Idioms, so I think Ill just stick with saying that Kim is a magician. She may not have been my first realtor, but shes definitely my last.
