My overall impression is that Luke is incredibly well-prepared and he really understood my current position and what I wanted to accomplish with my property. We were incredibly fortunate to be recommended to Luke and had an outstanding experience working with him and his team! Having moved away from Houston five years ago, we were initially worried about selling our house remotely. However, Luke and his team made the entire process seamless—they handled everything from necessary repairs and touch-ups (thanks to their trusted connections) to negotiations and closing. Our concerns quickly vanished, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better service!Luke started off with a thorough, no-cost consultation fully prepared. He walked us through the market trends, compared our home to similar listings, and provided clear expectations regarding pricing and timing. He also took the time to explain every step of the selling process, ensuring we felt confident and informed along the way.Since we were out of state and the house was not in a good condition after the last tenant left, Luke inspected the property and coordinated all the repairs. He got us great quotes and things moved along swiftly. His photographer came in right after all the repairs are done and staged it digitally with professional editing. He got the house listed within weeks, and multiple viewings happened quickly. Once we received an offer, Luke expertly negotiated on our behalf, securing a great deal. During our call, he broke down the offer in detail, highlighting key points and suggesting a strategic counteroffer. It was clear he had extensive experience navigating negotiations with other realtors. On top of all that, when the buyer was requesting a minor fix on the garage door after the inspection, Luke even went the extra mile, literally - he went to the house and fixed the garage door himself to save us on repair costs. It’s rare to find a realtor who is not only highly skilled, but also willing to roll up their sleeves when needed. He also worked with the title company to arrange a remote closing, and in just 70 days from our first contact with him, the house was sold!Oh, and he got us way more $$$ in pocket than our previous realtor who said we could only sell off-market as a fixer-upper.All in all, we are so glad we went with Luke and his team. Admittedly, I had a pretty rocky experience trying to purchase my new home. We did it, however, and Luke was there to help get us through it. We were moving from the city to (pretty much) out in the country and Luke was helpful in getting lots of questions answered. There were some ups and downs with mortgage and appraisal people, but Luke helped me retain my sanity. Hes always upbeat and is (fairly) easy to get a hold of. Hes always with a client, but even if I couldnt reach him, hed always get back to me fairly quickly. I can tell that hes used to dealing with more high class clientele with way more bougie properties (lol) but he helped out us wannabe farmers just the same. :) I recommend Luke for your realty purchases.

Luke gave us a fantastic, personalized experience. We have had two previous home buying experiences, which have both been mediocre. This experience was such a refreshingly stark contrast. I have to fully disclose that we were not the ideal clients to work with in this buying experience I am sure from a real estate agents perspective, but not intentionally on our end. Nonetheless, Luke never batted an eye at the two offers we ended up having to pull out of escrow (which subsequently made him have to hunt down the escrow checks AGGRESSIVELY from somewhat less than honest home builders.) Ultimately, when we found our dream home, we were slated to close on a date that ended up being during Hurricane Harvey and Luke went above and beyond to ensure that our closing date was pushed out in order for us to inspect the house after the storm was passed so we could make sure there was no damage. Also, he was helping victims of the storm before and after our closing which I thought was just wonderful, because it proved to me that he cares for more than just his bottom line. I will be referring all of my friends to Luke and the Cain team!
