I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Loblolly Properties to anyone I know buying/selling a home in the future, especially for first time buyers! Our time spent working with Loblolly was wonderful, and about as easy and stress-free as house shopping can be. We were blessed to have Whitney Ronzello as our agent, and she went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure we were taken care of. Whitney was more than accommodating when it came to showing us properties when it worked for us, even if the hours were not the most convenient, and she was always available by text or email. Once we had settled on a house, Whitney was on top of everything, making sure we had all the documents and information we needed to move forward with the process. As first time buyers, the guidance given by Whitney was so helpful, and she was always able to answer our questions! She also went out of her way multiple times to get answers for us, or talk to other parties to help get us on the right path. Overall, our experience with Loblolly and Whitney was wonderful from start to finish, with Whitney constantly going above and beyond for us. Her professionalism, patience, enthusiasm, and realty expertise made everything so much easier, and a lot less scary as first time home buyers! I am sad to say goodbye, but I will undoubtedly go back to Whitney one of these days!

And Kim was great, very friendly and informative, she even provided the survey on one of the properties to us while we were there.
