Lizette represented me in the purchase of a house in May 2024. The house was in an area where I wanted to live, but had significant issues with deferred maintenance. In order to make a good offer, I needed to know what the issues were, whether they or not they were fixable, and what the repairs would cost. And I was living in another city,Lizette found a terrific inspector and got me bids on the repairs before I made the offer.
