I am a home investor and receive countless mail and texts asking if I want to sell my properties. I dont reply to either anymore because they are always bogus. For some reason I decided to call Little Paws when I received their mail. I am glad that I did! We spoke on the phone for a very short period of time and were able to come up with a number that worked for both of us on the first call. I was very apprehensive because I was not familiar with their company. To ease my doubts, they allowed me to use my title company. We closed within one week, cash! They were very responsive and very nice to work with. They will be my first and only call for my future sales!

Little paws property was awesome to work with! I gave them a call and they were able to come out and talk with me about my home. After some talking they made me an offer and we were able to come to an agreement. The process was quick, hassle free and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Only have great things to say about Sean and Little Paws Properties. Had a property that I needed to sell quickly and didnt want to wait on a REALTOR to list and sell it. Called Sean, he came out and walked it over and after a few days of negoating we came to a price that I think everyone was happy with and we closed quickly. Would highly recommend!
