I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Krishnae for my house buying process. She is a great person to work with , she accommodated our changing needs patiently and also took care of all the formalities really well as our representative , we being out of state. At times, she even went out of way to help us with our decision making process which deserves a shout out. Overall we were able to close in less than a couple of months with once we got started with it seriously. I thank her a lot for all her help.

Both Akshay and Krishnae have been a great help in finding a good property for my first rental investment. They are knowledgeable about real estate investing and about the Austin market as well. They also helped me with running the numbers in identifying good deals. Since I was remote, Krishnae also helped with the initial and final walkthrough of the property and always kept me in the loop which was a great help. They are very reliable and I would highly recommend working with them and also look forward to working with them again in future
