Consummate ProfessionalLisa Sanders is an outstanding Realtor! She lead us through all of the steps to find our new home, was patient and thorough, and explained with clarity answers to all our questions. She attended all the meetings with the sales and builder management, attended walk-through inspections with us, and was with us at closing. She participated in the final inspection and found several irregularities that we had missed. She was very helpful at closing by helping us to understand some of the terminology and other bits of information that came out in the closing that were new to us.I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone I know who is seeking a new home or the sale of their existing home.

My rental property suddenly and unexpectedly became vacant. I would normally try and rent it myself but in a panic, being it was tax time and the holiday season, I couldnt afford to lose any income. So I reached out to Lisa at LV. She assured me she could have it rented in no time. She came the next day and looked at the house, ran comps, checked available inventory, etc. After her analysis, she made some suggestions on how I could make the house more appealing and marketable to a prospective tenant. She also suggested I should actually ask more than I had previously offered it for. I followed her advice and had 5 showings on the first day. Needless to say, it was rented within days of hitting the market and I didnt lose out on a single months income. I couldnt be more pleased with her level of service, knowledge, and professionalism. I highly recommend her!
