Linda was the best realtor we could have asked for! She came highly recommended from some friends who were using her to help sell a house and find a house. She cares so much for her clients, and when shes with you, she treats you like youre the only client she has so we never felt like we had to compete for her attention. We were first-time home buyers (looking in South Austin/Circle C area, but Linda has experience all over the Austin area). She was SOOO helpful in guiding us through the process and taking the time to answer each and every one of our many, many questions (even after we closed on the house). Linda was also very helpful during our walk-throughs when we were looking at houses, and would point out good or bad features of a house that we as first-time home buyers wouldnt necessarily notice (such as when the floor felt uneven). We also NEVER felt pressured to buy a house with Linda and she never gives off the impression she is there just to get a fee. She will spend as much time as necessary with you to make sure you are getting the home YOU want. Linda was also extremely helpful in helping us strategize with the offers we made in the competitive Austin buying market.
