Kari and Jason Lichman helped us sell our Liberty Hill house. The husband-and-wife team efficiently guided us through a usually incredibly stressful process. Their organization and professionalism were first-rate, but surprisingly still topped by their kindness and neighborly attitudes. From our first meeting regarding the market analysis, it was as if we had lifelong friends guiding us through the process. Kari and Jason devoted significant time and resources to helping us appropriately stage, photograph, and list our property. We were impressed with their contacts and resources, which enabled us to get our house quickly staged and on the market. But again, it was their kindness and consideration of our family, especially our young children, that made the process significantly easier. Kari is incredibly knowledgeable of the real estate market, but still a quintessential Texas mom at heart. Jason provided great strategy suggestions and ensured our home was ready to be marketed. He even kept our little one busy during the photos by playing with our three-year-old. In the end, we got top dollar for our house and met some great people in the process. Kari and Jason both have big hearts. They’re a knowledgeable and outgoing team. A team that our family highly recommends for buying or selling your next house.

I went with a new build and Kari was extremely knowledgeable, answering any and all questions I had. I’ll start by prefacing that I can be a bit of a control freak, and there have been few instances where I’ve relied 100% on others’ guidance on important life decisions. 3 years ago I was introduced to Kari Lichman by a trusted friend and had an absolutely wonderful experience buying a condo with her guidance; overall, her experience, responsiveness, knowledge and friendly demeanor made buying my first condo such a smooth and fun process. After briefly chatting with her husband Jason, it was immediately evident that he showed similar character, professionalism, knowledge and dedication as a seller’s agent. Leaning on Jason and trusting his strategy in its entirety, I was able to sell my condo 4 days after listing for 12% more than what I was expecting to receive. Every step of the way Jason was there to assist; from coordinating a visit with a stager, to coordinating photos around my schedule, to extracting all the recent home updates from my head, to coordinating showings, to helping find an emergency plumber to address a leak during my move out, right down to helping me ensure that my close time didn’t conflict with an important meeting. Overall, Jason made the process of selling my condo as painless as possible and did an amazing job keeping me informed every single step of the way.
