Dominic was wonderful to work with! He is professional and down to earth at the same time. You can tell that he has a passion to help people and was easy to work with from day one. I was fortunate to find Dominic when I was needing to sell my home. I decided to do a for sale as is. I had never done this before so I was very hesitant at first.Dominic and his team at LHB made it extremely easy. Within a couple of days Dominic and I came to an agreement on the price of the home and from there it only took a couple of weeks to close on the property. Between that time Dominic kept in touch and apprised me on what stage things were in which made me comfortable throughout. Dominic is very knowledgeable at what he does, never makes you feel pressured and is very friendly to boot. I highly recommend him and his team for any real estate matters.

Dominic was a blessing to us! He is extremely nice, positive, professional and hard working. He truly cares about helping those he comes in contact with in any way he can.Our situation was very different than most. It was complicated to say the least! We are a military family that bought a home when we were stationed at Fort Hood. My husband came upon orders 2 years after we bought the house. At that time, we couldnt afford to sell it, due to the amount of money we would have to bring to the closing table.Long story short, our property manager quit on us in the middle of the pandemic. The problem was the fact that squatters moved into our house. After 2 years of no one paying the rent, not being able to get to Texas to evict who ever occupied our home, we began to lose hope of how to get out of this horrible situation! It was a nightmare!I contacted Dominic and he was the answer to our prayers! He immediately started to help by going to the house, getting in contact with who was occupying it, and he helped get the city off our backs with the issues they were concerned about regarding our home. Things like grass being too long and the fence falling down in places.Dominic also helped get the squatters out completely and he purchased our home for exactly what we owed on our mortgage! We never dreamed that could or would be the outcome!We paid zero closing fees, when all was said and done, and we did it all from a completely different state! This nightmare was resolved so easy and fast from the time we reached out to Dominic to the time we sold him our home!Dominic did 99% of the work for us. I would like to start by saying the service I got from this company was above anything I could have expected. I was looking to sell a home that I had had for over 10 years. This was a rental problem for me and my wife. I was at my wets ends on trying to figure out what to do next. The associate I worked with was more then willing to go to the home and help in what ever way he could. There problem solving abilities are over the top. They helped me navigate all the requirements of selling the home. Not to mention the home is in TX and I now live in WA. There is nothing to worry about when it comes to house selling with this company.
