Lauro helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We were new to the city but he took the time to learn more about us and our lifestyles to point us in the right direction. He made himself available at all times, responding to calls and texts really quickly. Buying a home for the first time could be a very stressful process but Lauro made the entire process easy and worry-free for us. He is very professional and even helps us out with homeowner questions way after we purchased our home. I would definitely recommend working with Lauro as your realtor!

Lauro is the best! We can’t recommend him enough. We recently had the privilege of working with Lauro for our first home purchase and we instantly knew we would always go back to him for our real estate needs. Lauro definitely knows the real estate business. He was able to answer all of our questions, and get any information that we needed in a timely matter. He even helped argue any discrepancies he would find in contracts before we signed and that’s exactly what you need in a realtor. Not to mention he’s very fun to work with, not like some realtors that can be really awkward. With him it’s like working with family. Being out of the city and having a custom home being built made us super nervous, but the process was much easier than I thought possible with him in our corner. Lauro was a wonderful realtor. Our home was shown over 30 times in 2 days, we had 15 offers on the table by the end of the second day, and were under contract by the 3rd day! He was super responsive, organized and his efforts resulted in a top dollar sale of our home. If you’re looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable and will put your best interests first he is the guy. 100% recommend!

Lauro was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making the offer all the way to closing. It felt like having a friend on the inside. Found us properties very quickly and was always always available for showings. His love for his community really shows in his work ethic. HIGHLY recommend!
