If I could give Laura 10 stars, I would! She helped me sell a rental house for well more than I ever expected. She was on her toes with all the comps, coordinated showings, inspections and appraisals with the tenants. Laura’s professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills stand out as a realtor. She adapted to our busy and changing schedules seamlessly and often facilitated two showings when we couldn’t both meet at the same time. She also helped facilitate consistent communication on our behalf when our work schedules were ever changing as two busy physicians. She had a wealth of contacts to help provide estimates and/or bids for any potential as well as subsequent work needed on our new house. We had been searching for the perfect property for years without a realtor. Finally, I reached out to Norhill and was connected with Laura Ruppert. She was able to give us an inside scoop on a potential property that would be coming to sale (without divulging information that was not available to her or allowed to provide such as address and exact area), and because of this, we were able to go under contract as soon as it hit the market. We feel this would not have been possible without her assistance as there was another offer that came in aggressively right after ours (interesting story lol). Furthermore, she was always professional and ethical in her business delivery which we have found to be rare these days; I trusted that she had our best interest in hand. Buying a home can be stressful and my emotions can flare, but you can trust Laura will correspond rapidly and consistently and keep calm at all times. Her quick correspondence and responsiveness is 100% ; which we have never found in a realtor thus far.
