I was referred to Scott and Jen from a friend that used them to find their home. I do not regret this decision at all. They are the best team I could have ever worked with. Having two is better than one. I was able to see homes with both of them starting end of October. Though we didnt have the scheduling to see homes all 3 of us together I was able to see homes with one of them all the time. Come to closing they experienced a situation in my case that was highly irregular and one they had never encountered previously. I was so worried that i wouldnt have a home but Jen worked her magic and everything happened the way they both promised me at the beginning of the hunt. I will only go to another realtor if Scott and Jen are no longer realtors.You have a choice in who helps you find your home and as a first time homebuyer that gave up on this dream for many years due to debt and then got to see the dream come true, Scott and Jen made the process feel like 1st grade. If youre looking for the best realtor in San Antonio, its Jen Langan. I wasnt looking for a realtor when I met Jen at an open house, but she immediately made an impression on me and my family. Jen was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our random questions about the listing. Next thing I know, she was sending me similar homes for sale and offering to take us around town.But what I didn’t know is that when you work with Jen, you also get Scott, (her spouse & real estate wizard behind the scenes), so you really get two realtors helping you around the clock. We didn’t make it easy either, needing to sell our current home and buy a new home all before summer ended and the new school year started.But together, they made it happen—navigating a volatile housing market, countless showings, commission regulation changes, septic, pool, HVAC inspections, repairs, and more. We closed on both properties without any surprises and moved into our new home that same day. I cannot begin to say enough great things about Jennifer and Scott Langan. We have been looking for our dream home for 3 years and they have been with us every step of the way. We started in November 2019, took a break when COVID broke out, and started up again in earnest Spring of 2022. We found the dream home, purchased it and then put our home up for sale after that and it sold in 20 days! They were patient with us for the entire three years and waited until we found what we were looking for. We just closed on the sale of our home today and they were with us right up until the transaction closed. Thank you so much Jennifer and Scott. You did an amazing job!

Scott and Jennifer Langan were wonderful agents who worked with mefor 10 months. In June 2020, my mother had a stroke, then Covid. Uncertain of her future, we contacted Jennifer, who was recommended by a family member. We asked her to meet us, see the home, and let us know what needed to be done if/when we were to sell, whether that was in the near future or much later. We took care of the few items she suggested. Mom recovered but we knew that she would not be back in the house, but my sister was living there. We first set a goal for Thanksgiving, then April, to put the house on the market. We were uncertain about the timing of the sale, but Jennifer and Scott were patient, never pushy. They helped us understand the process we should expect. The Langans contacts allowed us to hire contractors to prepare for the sale, making it easier on my siblings and me who live out-of-town/state. The Langans were always friendly and respectful. I always felt like they welcomed any question or comment I had. I felt like they always gave me honest answers. I would recommend them to others and I even recommended them to my daughter when she thought they were moving to San Antonio.

Just finished working with this amazing husband and wife team that helped us when we had an unexpected event with elderly parents needing to transition to a retirement center.Big challenge was we live out of state, two time zones away, and had no idea what to do with the house… what to fix, what to leave alone, how to sell off their estate, timing… we were clueles.We really needed someone to walk us through the entire process, and that we could trust to deal with so many issues while we were out of state. Jennifer and Scott were amazing! From the first meeting we knew they were seasoned professionals that did this for a living, not as a hobby, and that they knew all the best practices. Most importantly, we felt they truly cared and we could trust them 100%.I don’t write reviews, but wanted to for them because they were such a great find and amazing to work with! Here is what they did for us:- strategizing the timing to put the home on the market- recommending repairs and updates to maximize sales value at lowest investment- contacting estate sales agent and supporting the process of liquidating all the assets and cleanup after- hiring and directing a company to perform minor repairs and painting- pushing the limit on comparable comps and meeting in-person with the appraiser to make sure they were thoroughly briefed prior to appraisal- making regular showing appointments, helping to personally keep up the appearances of the property, hiring a cleaning company, turning on water when freeze warnings occurred, etc.- being incredibly helpful with the exchange and submittal of docs and coordinating with title company as we were out of state and two time zones behind.- they sold our home for more than we expected, were true to every promise they made, and made a difficult process seamless.I cannot recommend their services, attention to detail, and professionalism enough. We could not have done this without them, and as a bonus, they’re just really great people!

I used the Langans for both buying and selling my house and both times it was a great experience. They spent several months with me when I first moved to San Antonio to help me find a house and maneuver through the bid and buying process. Then even after I bought my house, they still kept in touch and even went as far as to let me borrow their pressure washer to clean the driveway. When my company moved me to Florida, I went back to them to help sell my house. They helped me get a good price and get the house sold quickly before my move. I ended up recommending them to other coworkers that were moving to the area. Thanks for all of the help.

Our family consists of born and raised New Yorkers who have never visited Texas, and we ended up buying our dream home over there thanks to Scott. He has been so helpful, patient, honest, trustworthy, and kind throughout the whole process - we could not have hoped for more! First-time homebuyer. Overwhelmed. Jennifer was with me the whole way. She listened to my needs as a person with disabilities and stayed within my desired budget (unlike previous realtors). She would preliminarily view a property to make sure it was accessible, and if she couldn’t, Scott was there for me! They truly are a team. Even when I changed a search area or a price point, even when we disagreed, or the search got long bc of my particular needs, I always felt they had my best interests at heart and never pressured me in any direction.
