Kristen and Brenda hit the ground running when they helped us sell our condo and buy a house at the same time. Even though we were working with a small budget, they were very proactive about working up comps, sending us listings, and getting us out to plenty of properties. They really went to bat for us during negotiations with a complicated seller.Kristen is also very knowledgeable about a lot of the area schools, which was something we needed tons of help navigating.I recommended them to a friend, and she was over the moon with their level of service when they sold her home for her.

Kristen Boothe was the most wonderful realtor I could ever have hoped. We started looking for a home in January 2020 and closed in July 2020. She was quick to pick up what I liked and what I was looking for in a home, and she didnt have any problem with me wanting to expand my search when I didnt find what I was looking for in certain parts of Dallas. As a first-time home buyer, I didnt know about certain processes of buying a home or certain bad things in homes. Kristen guided me throughout the whole process and was so helpful with all my questions. The home I ended up with would not have been possible if Kristen had not consistently called, texted, and emailed the sellers agent for a month straight (he was hard to get a hold of). Im so glad for Kristens tenacity because it paid off and Im in my dream home. Thank you, Kristen, for everything! Choose this realtor -- you wont regret it.
