I had many agents from which to choose from but I retained Ann Kraase because she was the best of the best. We met multiple timeseven before engaging her services. She was never pushy. She guided us through the whole home selling process and I could tell from our interactions that she was accessible, responsive , and a sticker for details. She made great suggestions to maximize my net return. We used Freemodel and spent a tidy sum to fix up our house but it paid off in the end! If you want to maximize your profit and make a sale I highly recommend Ann Kraase !
