Debra was heaven sent.I call her my angel. I had previously used other realtors and lenders and had no success. Debra kept encouraging me along the way even when I got denied a loan to buy the house I wanted. She has a lot of networks and will connect you with the right person. I eventually ended up getting a lender that worked very well with me referred to me by Debra. I didn’t have a lot of money with me after buying the house and Debra went as far as fixing my roof for me and getting me other handy men to work on the house. Debra helped me out with the tax exemption inorder to lower my payments and on the closing date she was with me at the table to help me out with anything that I didn’t understand. She even gave me a ride to the closing place because my car was getting fixed. I mean she is like a mother and a friend to me but I’m a client. This is why I refer to her as my angel and an answer from God. I will use Debra again when it’s time to refinance or another house purchase. I am talking about my experience with her to my friends and family. She is a gem!! -
