I met Debbie and Kelton through a mutual friend when I was living in California. At the time, I was considering relocating to Texas when I retired, so they gave me their card. About six months later, I called Debbie to start looking for a home. I met with both of them virtually so they could get a better understanding of what I was looking for. I spoke with Debbie regularly as we looked through possible matches, and once my house was in escrow I flew out to see multiple homes. Debbie made sure there were plenty of new and existing homes lined up to view. I found the one I wanted and put my offer in and Debbie worked out the details with my realtor in California so that the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home overlapped. It worked out perfectly and she was able to negotiate below asking price, saving me five thousand dollars. I would definitely use them again in the future!

If you or someone you know is trying to sell there house, and not having any luck. Let me tell you about my experience with Kelton Day Real Estate.We owned a beautiful rock house sitting on lake frontage with amazing fishing just feet from the house with a boat dock. Our house and property is nestled with large mature oak trees making it a spectacular location.I had this house put on the real estate market with 4 different realtor companies over a span of 5 1/2 years. There were many complications and problems with the agents. From not showing the property, to poorly advertised photos of the house taken with cell phones. Needless to say we were feeling plenty defeated, that is until a friend told Kelton about us. A few days later Kelton contacted me about the house. He wanted to take a look at it and discuss the specifics. He told us that there wouldnt be a problem selling it. Kelton listed the house that same weekend, and the following Monday I received a call from Kelton. Saying not only did he find 1 buyer, but he found a 2nd buyer also! My jaw dropped when he told us the good news, Kelton did what no one else could in such a short time frame. I told Kelton that we could sell the house to the buyer that would result in the smoothest transaction. Kelton and his associates made everything so convenient and stress free. From the signing of paperwork to correspondence was done through the phone with very user friendly software. We never had one glitch in the whole process, we also had the convenience of never having to leave the safety of our ranch in the country.
