We had been planning to move for about a year. We wanted a larger house in a nice neighborhood that had not flooded in the past 10 years. We were also hoping either to find a backyard that already had a pool or one that could accommodate a pool. We hoped to find someone who knew the area--League City to Pearland—and who would be honest and flexible with our needs and our schedule. Kim Hughston was recommended to us by a friend. Her knowledge about the area we were looking to buy in was extensive and critically helpful in our search.
