Kiko was fantastic! We spoke in length about what I was looking for and recommended great areas to start our search. I was on a tight timeline for the in-person house hunt and Kiko organized a great schedule where we looked at 11 houses in one day both new and occupied. He truly listened to me about what I wanted in a home and was not pushy. He was a true team player. As an out of state buyer Kiko went to the inspections and made sure I had a seamless transition. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Kiko.

Kiko is literally the best! He made the process seamless and was constantly checking in to see if the listings he was sending over were good fits. He also was always available immediately anytime I needed an answer or wanted a showing. I found my perfect house on a Friday and had the keys by Monday thanks to his hard work! Finding a new home can be a time of stress and vulnerability. Whether youre renting or buying, there are a lot of scams, a lot of slums with the issues painted over to trap each unsuspecting new tenant, a lot of price gouging..all of it. How do you even sort through it all to find something real and even then, a space you can thrive in?Thank God I was told about KeeKs Sells Houses just in time. Kiko was easy to make an appointment with (responds promptly) and let me know in real time he was running late due to traffic. My experience with Enrique Kiko and finding out he was realtor on facebook was a blessing!! During my familys urgency finding a lease home close to our 60 days move out from our apartment complex was extremely stressful, but Kiko manage to help me with some great information and he also sent me some rental homes that were close to the area we were looking for in Leander tx and during our search I did have another realtor that I found on facebook market. I was hesistant to keep a contact because of lack of communication and Kiko had been so on point to respond no pause and he was so understanding that really made me more calm about the process and soon he also gave encouraging advice to not look down on other agents and be more clear on what is needed to better our application and because of our past mistakes we manage to get approved from a home and right at the end of our 60 day vacant which was such a blessing!! Enrique is a great realtor and he will definitly be willing to help you out with any tough situation you have!! :)

Kiko was so great! He helped us find a ton of houses for rent within our budget. We chose a couple houses we liked and were able to go view them with him a few days later. Hes friendly and very professional. He goes above and beyond for his clients. One thing I really like is that he can communicate through text message if thats what you prefer. He replies promptly to both text and e-mail which is nice. He reaches out to the property management companies and asks them questions for you so that you have all the info you need before applying. I definitely recommend him if youre looking for someone to help locate your next home(:

We visited a number of properties after he created a custom MLS property search for me. He took the lead on communication with other agents and landlords to clarify questions I had. Keeks was an awesome real estate agent.We were looking for a place to rent in Austin from out of state, and so we planned to visit Austin for a week, look at apartments, and hopefully have a lease signed before returning home to pack.Keeks understood our scheduling constraints and gave us access to an app to search for places on the MLS before we came to Austin. We were able to put eight places on a short-list of good possibilities, and came to Austin hoping to be able to see all of them in the week we had there.Keeks handled the scheduling for us and took us to see them all on that Monday, and listened to what we cared about and what we needed to find us the perfect place to rent. We put in an application to the place with his help, and were accepted that same day. Weve now signed the lease and were officially moving into the area.I was anxious about my move before Keeks helped us, he took care of us and made sure we got what we needed. He went above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent.

And instead of going through the whole reach out to the company, see how many apps they have, ask the same stupid questions... I would just tell Kiko, Hey go check this one out and he handles all of it.All the questions, gets all the photos, even went a further as to get me the exact dimensions of the garages of the places I was interested.Hes a class act and standup guy, and if I can ever afford to buy a house, hes the the only guy Ill go with in Austin.
