We were on a short timeframe to find and purchase our new home. Kathryn responded so quickly and accommodated us with homes to see same day and last minute. We closed on our new home in less than 30 days, in large part to Kathryn’s follow through, guidance, and communication. We ended up purchasing our home at a very good price and she negotiated terms that will enable us to do immediate modifications that will make our new home perfect for us. This is our forever home and I couldn’t have asked for more!
