Kathie is truly the best of the best. My husband I originally purchased our first home with Kathie as our agent in December of 2018. She came recommended by our lender at the time and was already scheduling house showings within minutes of our first conversation. Fast forward 4.5 years, we decided it was time to find our next home. Texted Kathie and she lead the way once again (thought we kept in touch over the years!) She recommended our lender this time around and helped us narrow down what we wanted in our next home.She is always willing and able to move quickly, communicate clearly and shes a pretty great negotiator to boot. She stays on top of the other agent and title company, and theres seriously no one else I would want on my side.Not only did she find us our next home, but she also made selling our first home quick and simple. Kathie will listen to what you are saying and what you are not saying to help put you in the right home. I sent a list of must haves and as we were viewing homes she realized my must haves changed and i didnt even notice it. Kathie is very professional, responsive and great at communicating through the process. The value that nobody talks about when buying a home is having the contacts to fix, update, or maintain a home. Kathie was an impressive network of reliable contacts that I used myself and have made buying a home even less stressful. Kathie is also a very good negotiator; I gave her a tall order to fill with a problem seller and Kathie came through and got the deal done.

I interviewed several real estate agents before selecting Kathie Lauhoff. I chose Kathie because she believed in the value of my house when the other agents didnt see the value and furthermore, she knows how to think out of the box in terms of marketing. I am so happy that I had Kathie as my agent because she stood firm on the value of my house when initial offers came in. (Other agents would have tried to convince me that the initial offers were good offers...) Kathie understands the nuances of the market and will give you the best price for your house! Kathie has all other other attributes that you would want in an agent--shes warm, personable, experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly responsive to any requests. She would work first for your interest over hers. I highly recommend Kathie for all your real estate needs whether selling or buying!
