They were very kind and patient with me while I was selling my house to them. They gave me the time I needed to gather every thing up, and take care of every thing.And they were up most polite and honorable about it and my situation.The initial sell took a while, due to a few issues. But their professionalism managed it. They were extremely polite. And very professional. You didnt feel nagged at all with Karma House Buyers. I highly highly recommend them to anyone that is having problems financially. Or just looking to sell. They will take great care of you!Kindness = 10/10Professionalism = 10/10

A few months ago my husband and I wanted to upgrade to a better rental property. Well, one of the best ways to do that is to cash in one of your lower level properties and use those funds. Guess what, no takers...the current renters were, let’s sayyy, a little difficult. Cal and Clint - Karma Properties to the rescue. They offered top dollar for the property, helped us get the tenant out and closed within 30 days. Both Cal and Clint were honest, polite and educated us through the process. They are the BEST!!

I have to say it must have been God because I have a great deal of real estate dealings in my life but never as easy, accommodating and wonderful as this firm was . Along with the title company, this has been the most wonderful experience I have ever had in real estate.
