Where do I begin with all Karla has done for my family and I. Back in 2012, when we were exploring our options to sell, it was Karla that recommended we hold onto the property and rent it out. Which was a very wise decision as the home sell would not have netted us a profit. We decided to follow her advise and within one week of listing the home was rented. Then five years later returned to Karla to once again list our home for rent and again within one week the home was rented. Then in 2021, Karla contacted us and advised if we ever wanted to sell now was the time. After several discussions with my wife, we again decided to follow Karla’s advise and sell. At the onset of the selling process Karla preformed a walk-through of our home and created a list of things we as sellers needed to address prior to listing our home for sell. Doing as we have done for years, we followed Karla’s advice. Of the things noted by Karla was painting the entire inside of the home, having the carpet professionally cleaned and hiring a professional cleaning crew to clean and sanitize the home. Doing as instructed by Karla resulted in over 30 request for showings and 20 offers within 24 hours of listing the home for sale. In a nut shell I can say we “trusted the process” and received a great reward in the end.

#OurRealtor - Karla ArjonaShe came highly recommended to us by a friend of mine who knows how picky, impatient and tedious I can be. So of course, we needed a realtor with thick skin and one who could PRODUCE with results!We 1st contacted Karla in the early months of 2021 and set up a meeting with her to go over details. From that 1st meeting we took another 2 months before actively seeking and searching for a house, however during this time she was sending us listings of homes all over Houston. At one point I thought Karla would soon start to think we weren’t serious about becoming home owners due to the few & far in between communication from us, but I was utterly wrong.About 5 months after our 1st initial contact with her we finally got serious. Setting up appointments to visit & walk thru multiple homes. We found a few we actually liked and decided to place an offer on but the market was so crazy for buyers that before we could put an offer out on them, other buyers had already placed bids. So here we are again, DISCOURAGED! This happened to us with about 4-5 houses and if u know me really well, u already know how I handled it. 😂We called Karla one day to put a freeze on our search. I was tired looking and getting disappointed and so was Tiffany! Karla understood and wasn’t pushy, nor was she disappointed. Instead, she reassured us that she would be a phone call away when we were ready.Well, January this year we reached back out to Karla and told her we wanted to hit the market aggressively, even tho currently the real estate market is NOT in favor for buyers.
