We met a lot of people on the journey to purchase our first home, and Kandice certainly is the best person we met. We’re so glad she was there with us and helped us purchase our home.Kandice held our hands all through the process, being first time homeowners with a lot of learning to do about homes/buying. She always came prepared to meetings, and would share notes and comments whenever it was needed for us. She shared recommendations for inspections and other things that saved some issues before closing, and even went to bat for us when we had some issues with the builders before we could close.I’ve since recommended her to my other friends and family who want to buy homes, and will continue to do so.
