I interviewed 3 realtors before selecting Jordan. She clearly stood out among the others. Her extensive knowledge of the Austin area along with her genuine care and understanding our needs. She is extremely responsive and professional.The day after we selected her, my wife and I looked at an open house on our own. We immediately liked the home, contacted her and Jordan immediately went into action finding out everything about the property and the selling agent. We were able to put into an offer that day. We didnt get that particular property, but her responsiveness after we put her on extremely short notice was great. The next weekend she had numerous homes set up for us to see. We found a home the next week and she answered any and all questions we had making the process easy, as we were still new to the Austin area.I recommend Jordan to anyone and will surely use her if we move and need to find another home in the area.

Jordan Ramey provides her clients with 5 star service! We are a military family and connected with Jordan prior to relocating to Texas. Since our transition plans were affected by COVID 19, and we could not travel to meet her; she held a video conference call to introduce herself. Jordan explained how the Texas housing market differed from others and answered all of our questions. She explained what technology was available to us, so that we could start looking at homes online..Upon arriving to Texas, Jordan made sure she understood our “wish list“ and “must haves” and ensured that we viewed both new construction and existing homes in the areas that we were interested in moving to. Throughout our house search we witnessed Jordan’s efficiency and interpersonal skills with other realtors. She and her team are very professional and will respond within an hour to calls, emails, or texts.We have had other good realtors in the past, but Jordan Ramey was the first one that was willing to forgo a potential sale to ensure we find a home we loved.
