Working with Jonathan happened completely by chance, Zillow chose him when I was interested in a house. I am so glad that happened.We purchased our home completely remotely, everything done by phone and video chat, including tours. Jonathan took the time and had the patience to deal with our 3 hour time zone difference and our home tours that weren’t necessarily that close in distance.Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast response time with our endless questions, and he was able to work well with the other realtor. The speed of the offer, the repair addendums, the negotiations--all went smoothly due to his good advice, expertise, and friendly demeanor.Despite the challenges due to our mortgage company unprofessionalism during Covid he was able to work thorough it with us with patience and still get our closing date met to satisfactory terms.Everyone, all the way down to the title company, had nothing but wonderful things to say about him.Our house in Texas was our third home purchase and Jonathan was by far the best realtor we have worked with. He even drove us to the signing since our car was still in shipment from Alaska.

Jonathan was wonderful to deal with... start to finish!! Even when I lost houses I put offers on he was positive and tried harder to find me the”perfect” house!! 🏡always helpful with negotiations not letting me over extend myself and having my best interest always!! He was more of a friend my the time I found my DREAM HOUSE!!!👍🏼 Very professional and quick to respond to any questions I might have ... please give him a try... u won’t b disappointed... I promise u !!! I got my perfect house for UNDER asking which in the current market is very rare . Jonathan is the BEST REALTOR I have ever had represent me! I really mean that, heres why: He has helped my wife and I on multiple transactions in Alabama and he is hands down the most honest, trustworthy, hardworking dudes Ive ever met in this business. He has a knack for making you feel like you are his only client, even though he has a ton of transactions going on. He is a ROCKSTAR. He will fight for you. He will get the deal closed for you. He will straight up let you know if he thinks the property your are buying is going to be a bad investment (he did this for us and it saved us a ton of $$$). He is a super nice guy and he really does care about his clients. Super knowledgeable when it comes to vacation rentals in the Gulf Shores, AL market. If every Realtor in the business was as good as Jonathan, the Real Estate World would be a better place. Thank you Jonathan!

This agent was very responsive! He was very attentive and did everything he could to make sure we have the house we wanted. We worked through countless offers on several houses and he never gave up! I highly recommend using Mr. Lazzarino, he was willing to work with us even after choosing locations outside his county. Very friendly, hard working and Knowledgeable person with a smile on his face all the way to the end. Even after helping us find our home & closing quickly, he continued to checkup on us and any 1st time buyer questions we had. If your looking for a responsible, hard working, polite outstanding person to guide you in the right direction then hes your guy.
