John was amazing for my family and I. He really cared about the things in a house we found important and stayed on the hunt showing us several options until we found the one we loved!! After finding our dream home, he walked us step by step through closing, working with us and our lender to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. Not only did he help us find the perfect home, he saved us thousands, by negotiating the best rates while spending the least upfront. FYI it was almost 2 points lower than the average rates at the time. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I absolutely recommend John to everybody I know needing a realtor. If you are looking for a qualified realtor there is no need to look anymore. In 2013 John helped us buy our 1st home, we were so nervous and didn’t know what to expect. John helped us through everything he answered all our questions, told us what was going to happen next and what to except. John kept us in the loop about everything that was going on he even helped us find financing and homeowners insurance. 6 months or so later John even helped us find someone to refinance our house to get us in a 30 year loan. The whole Canning family is amazing every year at Christmas time John and his family would stop by check in and drop off a gift. Not only do I call John my realtor I call him my friend because after he helps with your purchase he is always there for you. I can’t say one bad thing about the purchase of my home it was so smooth.

John was referred to me through realtor.com and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I couldn’t be more pleased with John’s professionalism and the extra hard work he put in on my behalf. I live out of state so everything had to be done by email, text or phone. He went out of his way, literally, to find me the perfect Texas home. We FaceTimed house showings so I could see what the houses looked like. Met with my daughter and son-in-law, who were my eyes and ears for final input on any house I was thinking of putting an offer on. When the closing date kept getting delayed, which I had flown in for, John was on the phone multiple times for three days with multiple people to make sure I didn’t leave Texas without the keys in my hand.
