John has sold at least 4 houses for me. He is always responsive and gets the best possible contract. I have such faith in him that the last 2 sales I simply handed to him and told him to take over. He got it all taken care of and set the closing. He got me better than expected results. I will continue to use John for every sale I possibly can. I have also referred several people to John - something I wont do until I have experience with that person and faith that the work is done correctly and professionally. I never have any concern that John can get the job done. It is a foregone conclusion.

I have used Johns services to buy two homes and would recommend that you give him serious consideration. The first time was when we moved to the area from a different metro and required lots of showings and decisions to be made in a short time frame. More recently, John worked with us and showed us properties we were interested in over a period of many months. In both instances John was responsive, flexible and had a good attitude throughout the process. He tries to make the process fun and because he grew up in the area he can offer insights about what areas and features to look for and those to avoid.Great realtor looking to grow his business the old fashioned way - hard work.

Johns amazing. He helped us deal with buying when the market was really tough for buyers - especially for us forst time home buyers - and always had great patience. He helped us find a new mortgage lender when our first one went horribly wrong, and now months after our purchase he still has our backs by keeping us informed of things we didnt even know we needed to know (for ex: how to save money on taxes). John is absolutely wonderful & if it werent for the love I have for our new home, I wish I was buying a new house all the time! There is no one better out there!

I worked with John after my dad passed away and I needed to sell his house in the Bishop Arts area of Dallas. Though the house was in a great area, it was in rough condition. When John and I spoke, I let him know I was looking for an investor to purchase the house. John reached out to his network and within days we had several investors looking at the house and shortly after we had a purchase contract signed.In the midst of this transaction, Covid-19 hit the US. The probate case as and the house closing was delayed several months. Using state-of-the-art technologies, John helped us sell our Dallas home from our new home in Grand Rapids, MI.The distance wasn’t an impediment.
